helmet:

1. print paper template
2. trace & cut mounting board
3. glue pieces
4. assembling

visor:

1. hack a transparent salad bowl
2. put together with super glue
3. tint it with tinting spray (nite-shade) or wrap it with stretchable car sun-shield
